Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions for Entry:
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions of Entry.
2. The Promoter: The Promoter is JILL & JACK DAILY PTY LTD (ABN 19 168 079 301) of Unit 5, 3 Gibbes Street, Chatswood 2067 NSW, operator of Jill and Jack’s Daily Port Douglas {13 Warner St, Port Douglas, 4877 QLD} (the Participating Venues).
3. Duration of Promotion: The Promotion commences at 12am, Saturday, 1st July 2017 and ends at 11.59am, Wednesday 12th July 2017 (“the Promotional Period”)
4. Eligibility for Entry: Entry may only be made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The Promotion is open to all Australian residents who attend a Participating Venue during the Promotional Period unless, they are an employee, or have been employed in the last six months at the Participating Venue, or employed by Jill and Jack’s Daily head office and the immediate families, including spouse, parents, siblings and children of any such employees.
6. Entry Mechanism: Entry is by way of Entry Ticket which may be obtained by making any food or beverage purchase over the amount of $10 at the Participating Venue from the Jill and Jack’s Daily menu during the Promotional Period. The qualifying amount excludes fuel, all other shop items, gift cards (including iTunes cards), Smoking/Tobacco products and accessories.
7. It is the responsibility of the customer to obtain a Ticket if or when they become entitled to do so. 8. When entering the Prize Draw, entrants must fully and legibly complete their full name, address, phone number and email address on their Ticket and return to the cashier who will place it in the entry box at the Participating Venues during the Promotional Period.
9. Prize Draw: Prize Draw will take place at the Participating Venues at 12pm, Wednesday 12th July 2017. One ticket will be drawn from the participating venue.
10. Prize: The randomly drawn valid entry („Prize Winner‟) will win an Authentic Johnathan Thurston Maroons “IN HIS WORDS” Wings Signed & Framed Memorabilia.
Prize Value: Total value contributed by the promoter is $500
12. Prize is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
13. Notification to winner: The prize-winner will be notified by phone within 24 hours of drawing the ticket (12pm, Thursday, 20th July, 2017)
14. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize for a similar product of equal or greater value should the prize be unavailable for any reason at the time of the draw or prize distribution.
15. Unclaimed Prize Draw: The Promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event that the winner is not able to satisfy these Terms and Conditions, or forfeits or fails to accept their prize within two (2) weeks of the draw date. The winner of any redraw will be notified by telephone within 48 hours of the redraw.
16. Valid Entry Forms: Entry Forms are void if stolen, forged, mutilated, photocopied or tampered with in any way. Only original Entry Forms will be accepted. Any entry not complying with these Terms and Conditions, or any Entry Forms not completely or legibly filled out, including name, address, phone number or email address, will be deemed invalid and a further entry or entries will be drawn until a valid entry is drawn. In the event of a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion, the decision of the Promoter is final. Any printing error(s) and other quality control matters will not be used as a reason for refusing payment of prizes.
19. Privacy: The Promoter will not disclose the Entrants personal information to any third parties. All Entrants personal information will be stored securely at site level.
19. The Promoter may use Personal Information collected about each Eligible Entrant for the purpose of determining and contacting the Prize Winner and announcing winner on the Promoters Facebook page.
20. If persons do not provide all or some of the Personal Information that is requested, the Promoter may refuse entry.
